Instead, I help business owners like you (and of course like me) quickly identify the hidden patterns that are in the way and limiting your growth, then we repair them together - right there in the session. You and me. No fluff, no sales pitch, and no bait and switch. Just real, practical work on your business. Hi, I’m Rob Stenberg.
I’m an author, international speaker, trainer, and coach with over 30 years of experience helping leaders and sales professionals communicate more effectively and connect more deeply with their audiences and customers. My focus is on the power of conversational storytelling. I help executives, sales teams, and business owners move beyond generic pitches and data dumps to create authentic human connections that actually drive results. Whether it’s leadership development, sales training, or marketing through story, I teach people how to tell stories that build trust, open minds, and create real influence. I’m also a John Maxwell Certified Speaker-Trainer-Coach and a Story Seeker Certified Instructor. Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations across the country, helping teams decode customer behavior, sell with greater confidence, and lead with more impact. When I’m not on stage or in the training room, I’m usually thinking about how we can cut through the noise of today’s world and get back to genuine, story-driven connection.I’m excited to be collaborating with Dan on this workshop because we both believe in the same thing: real, hands-on work that gets people unstuck and moving forward — no fluff, no hype, just practical breakthroughs.
